heheh today is actually a big day for me...it is the day i measured my waist one year ago and its was 44 inch....and today i am a bit happy because im bought 2 pair of jeans which is 34 inch..that mean im loosing 10 inch in one year..cool..i need to burn more to archive 30 inch..may be next year...haih..
but i wonder how to put down my waist to 30 since i cant afford to have a gym membership right now...may be i need to make use of every public park around my place...i guess!..hmmm..what i know running in the gym is slightly different when you are running at the park...i will do what i need to do...
anyway thats it..44 turn 34 today!! wallah!
